Hi, I’m Gillian

I’m a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher based in Hampshire, UK.

It has been over a decade since I first experienced the incredible benefits of Reiki and I am passionate about sharing this transformative healing therapy with others. I have carefully selected calming, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing locations local to The New Forest, Hampshire and Dorset, in order to do just that.

I offer 1:1 Reiki treatments, group healing sessions, and Reiki training courses throughout the year. I also offer distant Reiki treatments to clients anywhere in the world.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing system that works holistically on every level (physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual) to balance, heal and harmonise you. Reiki treatments are non-diagnostic, non-invasive, gentle, safe and suitable for all. 

  • Reiki uses spiritual energy to activate your own natural healing processes.

  • Reiki encourages deep relaxation, the beneficial effects of which can be a reduction in stress levels, greater emotional balance and a higher competency in handling life’s challenges. As well as feeling more relaxed, other reported benefits of Reiki are feelings of calmness, peace, inner harmony and an overall sense of well-being.

  • The origins of the practice of Reiki can be traced back to 1920s Japan and the spiritual teachings of Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki energy is believed by many to have been around for thousands of years if not the beginning of time itself.
